Some inputs weigh heavily on the cost of a printing company, such as substrate, ink, plates, blankets, rolls and chemicals. The technology used in the NSG-01 Ecologic reduces the consumption of all these inputs, leading to cost savings on the first day of use.

The NSG-01 Ecologic works connected to the public water supply. The equipment produces a molecular reorganization of this water without using any chemical element.

The water leaves the NSG-01 Ecologic realigned, fully ready for high-standard performance in the printing process.

The efficiency brought by the NSG-01 Ecologic means that the process of wetting the CTP plate requires less water and, consequently, less ink. The NSG01 ecologic is installed next to the refrigerator, through a pump from our equipment the water passes through our system, where all impurities are removed and the realignment is processed, we return the water to the refrigerator prepared for new rounds of continuous printing, eliminating waste.
